15+ years of academy and senior football experience, now dedicated to helping coaches, players, and clubs bring clarity to their game.
Trevor Casey is a UEFA A-Licence coach with over 15 years’ experience in academy and senior football. He has coached at Waterford FC Academy, currently works with Cork City Women’s senior team, and has spent time learning inside elite environments at Sunderland AFC and Reading FC. Trevor has supported players from grassroots through to those now competing at the highest levels.

Why I Created Evolve
I’ve been fortunate to coach across academy and senior football, from Waterford FC to Cork City Women, and to spend time learning in elite environments at Sunderland and Reading. But along the way, I saw the same challenge repeated: coaches struggling for clarity. Too often, sessions came from random drills or YouTube clips that didn’t fit the players, leaving coaches frustrated and players confused. I built Evolve Soccer Coaching to change that — to give coaches, players, and clubs simple frameworks, clear weekly support, and mentorship that connects directly to the real pitch.
